kinda tmi
so at least two or three times recently I have gone to bed and woken up to pee and I have sweat through my pj pants. I wear the lightest pants to bed that one can ever find and so it baffles me that I could sweat this much... is this normal... it was so bad I had to change my pants

well im very hot blooded to begin with so its only been worse for me. i usually sleep in booty shorts or even underwear and either a tank top or no top. maybe you should try wearing shorts and no socks.

I'm usually cold but lately I've been waking up all hot and sweaty too, it's lovely. I'd definitely switch from pants to shorts and wear tanks to bed also.

I've been wearing a tank and underwear and putting the fan on (and freezing DH out) for the past few months.
Like the PP said, I would try shorts. Good luck!!

I sweat all the time...I wake up every morning and need to change my tee shirt b/c I sweat so much at night.
I worked up a good sweat today in Kohls trying on clothes
I used to be cold all the time, and DH finds it hilarious at how hot I am all the time now!

I definitely went thru a sweaty spell too. Seems to have gotten a bit better lately.

i get sweaty too sometimes and find it helpful to just sleep in a tshirt and comfy undies - I also find when i sleep this way (less clothes on my legs) my legs aren't as restless and i sleep better

I don't sweat, but I am constantly hot in bed. It's gotten to the point where DH now has to suffer with the window open overnight and I sleep in just a t-shirt and underwear

I usually don't sweat, but since I've been pregnant I do! Thanks hormones!
Usually I will go to bed in undies and a tank top, or thin cotton PJ shorts.

I sleep in underwear or naked and this STILL happens to me. I wake up mostly every night drenched in sweat. This used to happened to me when I had my period too. I think it's just the hormones.
