When I get hungry.... I get HUNGRY!!
I am not craving much, but once I think about having food, I have to have it NOW! 
We ordered lunch today and I waited an hour to have it delivered. I ate my whole sandwich in less than 5 minutes 
Now, I decided what to make for dinner and I want to eat it NOW

I am the same way!! i havent really had any cravings, but once i see someone eating something and it looks good it makes me want it!

Oh yeah...one of my staff members asks me if I've eaten yet every day at 12:30 because she knows that if I haven't I will be RAVENOUS by 12:45 and shaking from hunger by 1:00. It doesn't matter if I'm not hungry at 12:30 or even 12:44...once hunger hits, look out!
