Am I being naive? Clothing Q
I really have not bought a lot of maternity pants or tops. But today I was trying on my regular pants to see what I could use with the bella band thing and oh man...I couldn't quite pull them up to my waist. I'm about 28-29 weeks. Was I just being hopeful and naive or is it normal to be in full on maternity clothing?

Seriously?!?! I've been in full on maternity since 20 weeks. The bella band was not cutting it for me, I felt awkward walking around with my pants unbuttoned. Can't believe you made it this far!

a lot of people fear that their butt or thighs got bigger, when in reality, it's your hips. I believe your hips spread out a bit, which is probably why you have issues hiking up the jeans. remember: maternity jeans are your friend.

The fact that you made it this far without having to get maternity pants yet is amazing!! I was in maternity pants at about 12 weeks. Like one of the PP said, it is the hip spread that gets you as the body preps you to deliver.
