Re: When house hunting, what were you willing/not willing to settle with?

We want our house in a specific area. The homes in this area are $$$$$ so we have to flexible.

Our only musts are move in ready. Not necessarily brand new but we want something we can improve on overtime. DH is NOT handy so any work will be done by a contractor. We have no interest in a gut job, too much stress and money for us.

Minimum of two bathrooms. I would bend and do 1.5 if I loved the house. Although I suppose if there was room for us to put one in I might bend on this as well.
