Who else does not tan well
I layed in the yard all day. Got a great dark tan and was all excited until I looked in the mirror.
I have a few streaks on my thigh (I guess from where the chair was) and my neck you could tell I was looking down becaus I have a big pale patch on my neck.
I guess that means I'll have to worship the sun tomorrow but I sure do need tanning 101 lessons

I didnt even think of that. I used the spray dark tanning oil and rubbed it all in.
I am such a spazz when it comes to working on my tan.

I am so white and pale but from a young age I learned to emrace my paleness I'm not a beach person anyway... at least not in the hot sun.
My father has had to get pre-cancerous spots removed from his skin for most of my lifetime. He even had one cancerous one of his face when I was in high school. Doesn't matter if it's a tan or a burn... they are both the same... sun damage.
Skin cancer is on the rise in this country due to the rapid decline in the ozone layer and global warming.
Please be careful. An expert dermatologist once told me we get all of the sun for nutrients, we need by age 18.

My legs take a LONG time to get tan...THe rest of me gets really dark. But I can no longer be a crazy sun worshipper because of my reaction to the sun on my face...

I usually get red and it fades to a tan.
I am usually really careful about being in the sun. I try not to spend a tremendous amount of time out there (especially in FL where the sun is so strong)
But when I do get a tan I end up with the pale patch underneath my chin because I keep my head down, my sides are pale, and a few streaks.

I get red the first couple of days laying out then it turns tan, and then I tan the rest of the summer. I get the pale patch under my neck to, its from looking down, its so hard for me to lay down all the way back, so I always have that, I just put tanning cream on it, blends right in.

I get freckles on my face..it takes a burn to get my face tan. My body also burns, and if I really bake it'll turn into tan. I came home from FL with a nice tan, but I paid for it the whole week I was there..OW.
I would love to have a tan, but a tan is skin damage, so it's not really a good idea, as tempting as it is. I want to sit out in the yard a little bit today though... I'm soooo pale.

I am very white. I got some sunburn yesterday on my forearms while gardening.
It takes me a while to tan. I usually burn but it turns to tan. Then I love the tan very quickly.

Thats a good idea.
I layed out Sat and Sun. I think today I'll be enjoying the Law and Order CI marathon.

My hubby is a paley. And when he burns oh boy does he burn. He goes from pale to red back to pale. Theirs no tan involved.
Today I am spending the day inside. 2 days of worship and I am toasted. Some parts are a bit red, like the middle of my back and bottom of my stomach but today is just sit on the couch day

My mom is the same way. She gets a tan just walking outside to get the mail.
Takes me 2 days to get a nice toasty golden tan and takes her 2 minutes 
Though I do love hubby's left arm, it's so tan. He puts his arm out the window driving to work so only his left arm is dark. He looks so silly. It's definatly a guy thing
