I think I am using a cream I shouldn't be
I use a steroid cream on my fingers for excema and in the beginning I used it on my whole hands probably 3 times and I used it maybe four times since then.
I asked my old GYN if it was ok and they told me to ask my dermatologist, and they told me to ask my GYN. and I haven't used it regularly since being pregnant, but I needed to use it the past couple of days due to a flair up.
Now, I am googling and it said it can cause a cleft palet or slow fetus growth. I will call my doctor in the morning, but I'm so nervous and upset that I have used it and it can be potentially harmful to my baby.
I'm so upset.

Is it Locoid? I have used a steroid cream in the past for eczema as well, my derm told me not to use it while pregnant. She looked it up in some sort of book Talk to your OB about it, but I would not use it anymore

If you havent used it regularly dont worry. It would probably require for you to be using it often to cause problems.
