Anyone ever been to any Secrets Resorts?

We went to one in Riviera Maya (Riviera Capri) when it first opened about 6 years ago - it was amazing! Top of the line experience, beautiful resort! Went to another one in DR and it was nice, but not nearly as nice as the Riviera one. We actually just booked a trip to their sister resort, Dreams, in Cancun. Highly recommend!

We went to Secrets Cap Cana in DR and I do NOT reccomend it. We were very disappointed in the service and just a lot of little things were "off". The place was beautiful so it was really too bad they couldn't have great service to go with it. We were much happier at the Paradisus resorts we have stayed at before (in Punta Cana and in Riviera Maya).

We went to Secrets Capri in Mexico and liked it a lot. I think Excellence is a better brand though. We stayed at an Excellence property in the DR and loved it.

We went to Secrets Excellence in Riviera Maya, it was great. All the restaurants were good, the french and mexican were the best.
