DH and I had talked about it a few months ago and we both agreed that the baby is a good enough gift - that and a burger from Gourmet Burger Bistro  . However since then, a number of people have mentioned it to him or in front of him, so I'm not sure if he'll do something or not. He's been splurging on me though this whole pregnancy - our anniversary, my birthday and Christmas all fell within the time I've been pregnant.

We are not big on gifts and dont exchange for our anniversary or VD so I dont think I will get a push gift. If I do get one though my DH will definitely expect an equally as expensive gift in return!!!!

Nope - not at all. Never heard of it before LIF and think it's a little silly. (No offense to others, just JMO.)
I don't need any special gift for having OUR baby, I think that alone is pretty awesome and he doesn't have to give me anything special for doing it....just be there and be a good dad!
I agree. DH was very nervous to move to this point in our lives. It took me over a year to get him used to the "baby" idea and he still gave in reluctantly. For me, that fact that he is excited now about this experience makes my heart melt and is a present in itself.
