I was taking Citra Natal and i couldn't handle them anymore so my doc changed me over to NatallOne and they are great

My RE prescribed Vitafol. They're  but I haven't had any tummy troubles so its worth it to me.
The OTC ones & I didn't get along!

I take the generic version of Prenate DHA prescribed by my Dr. I specifically requested a generic b/c they are free on my plan where as I have to pay a percentage for brand name. It is 1 capsule and I have not had any ill effects from it.

Rainbow light by Target. They are plant based and very easy on your stomach.
