Keurig owners - did you ever have it serviced and if so, where?
For some reason all of a sudden out of nowhere, it won't brew - it doesn't seem to be able to pull water from the reservoir. Of course, our warranty expired last month! A new model is so much money so we were wondering if anyone ever had theirs repaired, and if so, where? TIA.

Did you try running vinegar through it for a few cycles? We had the same issue and vinegar cleared it right up. I think minerals and such from the water build up and prevent the water from moving.

Hi there, my uncle had the same problem & it was after the warranty expired & he wrote them a letter explaning the problem & they actually sent him a brand new machine. It's worth a shot.

Call Keurig and tell them the problems you are having. Be prepared to give them the serial number and they will have a tech person get on the phone with you to run some tests. If they cannot fix it they will send you a new unit and all you have to do is send back a part of your old unit as proof. I got a new one from them a few months ago cause I was only getting half cups and the unit was shutting itself off
