anyone have pregnancy m/c dreams?

I had a very vivid dream that i miscarried at 11 weeks and when i woke up it seemed so real....i just get this bad feeling about this pregnancy and the dream didn't help, my next sono is Tuesday, my 11-12 weeks sono so im very nervous they won't see a HB...
How do you not let it get to you?

I know it's hard, and super scary, but the only thing you can do is think positive.

I had 1 m/c dream early on. It was very scary and I worried alot. Hormones do crazy things to our brains!

i had crazy dreams all the time where bad things happened. . .never that dream though . . I did have a dream a few weeks ago that I had my baby early and kept trying to find a way to put him back in.. it was really weird. .

I think just try to remind yourself that it's a dream and your hormones are making your brain crazy. .

hang in there! maybe before you go to sleep write or talk about positive experience having your LO. . nothing anxiety producing like having to get stuff done, call doctors, even buy things just picturing holding your baby after they are born. . this helps me when I start to worry. I just visualize my LO right after he is born and figure the more I see it, the more it has to happen

I had one just the other night. I focus on the nonsensical aspects of it. In my dream, my doc told me the best way to handle it was to go swimming with seals in San Diego. So DH and I went.

Just had one of those last night. It seemed so real. I had a m/c before I had my son so it's something that I think about often. My 12 week sono is on Wed. so I think that is also on my mind. Let's pray for strong heartbeats for all of us!

I had a dream like this during my first pregnancy and wow, it was scary but all was well thank goodness.
