There is no way to determine how many cycles it will take you to get pregnant.
ITA. I was off the pill a year and half before we started trying. it took us 3 months of trying to get pregnant.

i agree.. there's absolutely no way of telling how long it could take. Please don't use other people's stories as a guide to how long it will take you - you'll only set yourself up for potential stress!

With DD I got pregnant the first month trying. With this one, I get pregnant the first official month trying.

We tried for 8 months with on our own no BFP. Then we realized that I don't O on my own so we went to an RE and my first month taking clomid we conceived. So in total 9 months.

I had a chemical pregnancy the first month off of BCP. I went off at the end of March and was pregnant in October, so it took about 6-7 cycles.
ETA: We were taking the "let's see what happens" approach, not really actively trying.

14 months and 2 chemical pregnancies.  It was definitely very hard and made worse by the fact that I had believed it would work first time.
Worth every minute of trying and every tear shed to now have a baby kicking away though.

We decided I would come off the pill in January and we'd see what happens. We weren't "trying" so much as letting nature take its course. I got my BFP in July.

With DD1 it took us 6 mos, got pg on the 6 mos trying
With this DD got pg right away had a mc the got pg a month later with her
