Could this be it???
So, as I said in a previous post, I went off the Terbutaline on Sunday and was a fingertip dilated with a soft cervix at the doctor on Monday.
Last night I started having contractions. nothing major, but uncomfortable. I went to bed around 10, still very uncomfortable, and woke up every hour to pee. At 3:00 I was so uncomfortable I left my bed and came down to the couch since I couldn't sleep. Contractions continued. At 5:00 I started keeping track. They were coming around every 3 minutes. They were definitely not pleasant but not at the point where I wanted to call the doctor before hours.
Is it possible to go into labor without losing my mucus plug or my water breaking?
It's not 7:30 and they are still coming. I'm going to wait until 9 to call the dr and see what they say. I'd rather stay at home as long as I can.
Oh, and I'm due 3/1, so I am just fully cooked

Absolutely! I didn't lose my MP until I had my bloody show with DD - and I was 7cm dilated at that point. Plus, my OB broke my water at 5cm.

Yup! I didn't lose my MP or break my water at home. I got to the hospital at 4 1/2 cent. Hope this is it for you ! Good luck
