Wow it is windy! A little chuckle!!!

I had to go out a get milk for DS. As I was getting ready to put him in his stroller, the wind cover I have on the stroller got whipped off and flew through the CVS parking lot. I tried to catch it, but had DS in my hands. I had no idea where to put him. I finally plopped him back in the car seat and strapped him in. I look over to see where the cover had landed and it wasn't there anymore... I looked all over the place and figured it got blown over a 6 foot fence into the property next door... I put the stroller back in the van and drove around the corner..I looked all over and could find it...

I drove back to CVS and looked again. I peered over a 4 foot tall pile of snow and ice and see it stuck next to the electrical box!!! [email protected] thing cost me 20 bucks and I used it 3 times...I had to climb over the ice and snow and pray that I didn't fall. I got to it pretty easily, but on the way back, I sank into 3 feet of snow and ice...It was horrible. I was praying I wasn't stuck as DS was in the car...I finally made it back to my car and was kicking myself in the A$$ for not securing the cover to the stroller as soon as I put it on...Lesson learned....Now I am laughing at myself....People must of thought I was nuts!!!!

ETA: I never got the milk. By the time I got back into the car, I was soaking wet!
