DD's 1st birthday party**help me with ideas for her Pink party*
I think I just want to do a Pink party. Is that silly?
My mom said I could have it at their house so it wont be as small as I originally thought. I plan to do the dessert/candy table (thank you MAM for all the recipes and for taking the time to put that FM together)and those tissue paper pom-pom decorations that nferrandi posted the other day. What else can I do myself. Anyone have any semi-easy to do decoration suggestions or other party ideas for me.

i'm making a happy birthday Isabella banner. I am goign to print each letter on fancy paper cut and glue onto white triangles and attach to string to hang.
i am doing those pom poms. I am having a sock monkey theme so I will make some paper sock monkey decorations.

Since it is Valentine's day soon go out and get the valentine bags of M&Ms. They are white, pink and red.
Also I found heart pink and white marshmallows.
I just did DD's birthday party and I did a heart theme so I was able to get a ton of heart candy and pink/red items.
As for a banner I printed 5x7 pictures of her from 0-11 months and then mounted them on white cardstock and then mounted it onto colored cardstock. I used light pink, medium pink, dark pink and red and then used the Martha Stewart punches to create a decorative border and then hung them using little clothespins with a heart on them on pink and red ribbon that I hung from the wall. It came out fantastic and I got a TON of compliments. I would post a picture, but I don't like to share them on here but I can FM it you.

OooOo I love the picture idea. I will definately do that I was thinking that too about Valentine's day. Probably hersheys kisses too. I picked up a heart shaped cake pan at target.
