Different Pregnancies, Different Genders?
I'm currently 6 weeks with DC #2 and I'm already noticing this pregnancy is different than my first.
I was wondering what kind of pregnancy you're having in relation to your first -- and if you know the gender...

My last two were total opposites and are different genders.
My cousin had total opposite pregnancies and is having the same gender as last time.

good poll - i'm curious too! I'll know in 12 days (if baby cooperates), but this pg is exactly the same as my 1st. I wonder if that means another boy for me!

Re: Different Pregnancies, Different Genders?
Very different in terms of food aversions/dizziness/overall nausea
With my son, food issues went away in 2nd trimester.
With this pregnancy - a girl - they didn't start until 2nd trimester but it is 10x worse.

Re: Different Pregnancies, Different Genders?
I couldn't answer your poll, there is no 'other'.
This pregnancy was instantly very different from my first (DS). Then at 7 weeks I found out we were having twins. And at 17 weeks we found out they were twin girls.
So I would have to say Feeling different this time and gender is different and its multiples.

Re: Different Pregnancies, Different Genders?
I have all boys. Both pregnancies were totally different. I had horrendous exhaustion with my first pregnancy, but nothing in my second. I had bad morning sickness with my second and nothing with my first. My 2 pregnancies were so different but I had the same sex.

Re: Different Pregnancies, Different Genders?
I have 2 boys and the 2 pregnancies and deliveries were 100% opposite. This one is similar to my 2nd son but new things have happened as well.

Re: Different Pregnancies, Different Genders?
Different pregnancy from DS. The first time I felt great, after first trimester had tons of energy and was able to keep exercising and had zero food issues. This time, I am exhausted all the time, achy, moody, and am disgusted with food. I am having a girl! Not to mention with DS I looked good, had the whole pregnancy glow. Now I just look like CRAP!
