Folic Acid you can get anywhere. I think I bought mine at Stop & Shop. But I've seen it at CVS, Vitamin Shoppe, etc.
My OTC pre-natal I bought at a health food store near me called Sherry's. But I am sure Trader Joe's or Whole Foods has them. Here is a pic:

Folic acid you can buy 800mcg otc. 1mg and greater needs a script. You can buy prenatals otc as well however they may be not be as good. Speak to your obgyn to get the best prenatal vitamin that suits your needs best and more often than not, it will require a prescription.
