Natural remedies or anything safe??
I am only 7 weeks and don't want to take anything in the first trimester buti am super stuffed, throat sore, and major headaches!!
Help please!!!
I was never sick when was with DS so this is new to me!

i had strep & then a sinus infection. I was having a heartattack because i HAD to take anti-biotic. All was fine. We had to clear it with the O/B. So all i can say is if you need them take them, Dont torture yourself.
As for for sore throats gargle with salt drink tea with honey & lots of chicken broth. HTH

you can get a nettle pot or saline spray for your congestion....take regular strength tylenol....lots of fluids and rest....feel better

I would say stay hydrated. Drink as much water as you can to prevent congestion and headaches. Whenever I am stuffy or have a headache, I drink a few cups of water and it usually goes away.
