For those of you having little girls....
I spent yesterday starting to do laundry and organize the nursery.
My SIL gave me a couple packages of barretes, rubberbands, clips, etc for our little  .
So, realizing as soon as these packages are opened, I know the items will be everywhere.
Could someone recommend something to keep in a dresser drawer or on top to keep these things in? Pictures would be awesome as well, since I like visuals!
I didn't have long hair as a child, so these type of things weren't part of my wardobe, so I don't know where to begin.

I keep my DD's stuff in little wicker baskets and the real small stuff in a wipes container...Those wipes containers come in handy for a lot of things I find

Well M rarely lets me put anything in her hair so they are all loose in a drawer. I'm not the most organized person anyway.
Honestly though, I would just leave the stuff in the packages for now. You're not going to use rubber bands, etc. on an infant.

wipes containers are AWESOME!! You will find a million uses for them as time goes by! I used them for hair things definitely

I kept the plastic packages that sheets came in. They have a zipper on the top so it works perfectly!

what about something like this? i had one of these as a kid and i actually STILL use it and im 29 lol
ETA: or go to a michaels or AC moore and im sure they have trays that would hold beads and what not, that can prob be used for hair accessories as well

Since I already have an older DD we've been using a pretty small 3 drawer rubbermiad container that i got from wal-mart. It fits on top of her dresser and I can keep everything nice and organized.

i have been thinking this since i found out we were having twin grils. LOL there are going to be pink frills and frulls everywhere!!.
But i guess I will just do what I have in my draws. a draw organizer for all the crap
