Parenting Magazine had them as well as this month's babytalk mag. They are for 20% off diapers and I heard that Parenting Mag has a $10 off one as well, but I have yet to get that one.
You can also buy the codes on e-bay if you really want them. It works out, some people sell them for $.99 - $1.99 and in the end you can save an add'l $8 or more on diapers.
