Your grandma's sister would be your mom or dad's aunt. So her child would be your mom or dad's first cousin making her your second cousin. Her daughter (your grandma's sister's granddaughter) would be your mom's second cousin and your THIRD cousin.

FYI - Chart confused me
cousins (fist, second, third, etc) share a set of grandparents (or great or great-great) once you figure out that relationship then you remove one time for each generation.
you share a set of great grandparents with your second cousin.
when you say cousin - I'm assuming you mean your second cousin from the OP:
you second cousin's daughter is your second cousin, once removed.
your son and your second cousin's daughter are third cousins (they share great-great grandparents)
