HUGE SHOUT OUT TO LIF'S VERY OWN BETH!!!!
I just wanted to share my letter of recomendation with all LIF'ers looking to purchase or sell their home! Words dont even do her justice; she was just sooo wonderful to work with! ANYONE who is looking for an agent; should def. contact her today; they will be glad they did!! :)
I am writing to express my pleasure with real estate agent Beth Lowe, who represented my husband and me in our recent purchase of a single-family home.
I contacted Beth in June 2010, stating that my husband and I would be looking to purchase within the upcoming months. Ms. Lowe immediately set us up with a listing book account; she never pushed us, but rather allowed us to “work” at our own pace. When we were ready to get out and begin our search, Beth made some appointments based on the criteria I had given her. Our new home was the 2nd house we saw on the very first day we went out.
Being first time home buyers, we were unfamiliar with the purchasing process. However, Beth was always there to recommend someone and guide us through the entire process.
Our situation was not typical, since we had received a state grant which required additional inspections and paperwork. Beth worked hard at scheduling appointments, making calls, and basically staying on top of not only her job but everyone else’s, as well.
Ms. Lowe went above and beyond and words can not express how grateful we are to have worked with her. Her knowledge and persistence combined with her level of enthusiasm made for a smooth, stress-free home-buying experience. I wish ALL businesses had the level of customer service that Ms. Lowe does. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home!

I think it is okay to have her last name because it is a good business referral. She is a real estate agent so if anyone reads that letter on here all they have to do is google Beth Lowe and they will be able to contact her. In fact, I think the original poster (with Beths permission of course) should post her contact information. Good way to network.
