The Old Field Inn in Greenlawn redid the place recently. I believe they have a room in the back. Not sure how many ppl you need to hold. I think the place is around what you're looking to spend.

this is a good option too, but while it was renovated, it is under new ownership (I knew the old owner), so prices may not be the same.
