$100 on sneakers. $100 on boots. most of my shoes and boots are much less than that.

I am the queen of the mid-priced, long lasting shoe...
when I say mid-priced, I mean brands that are more $$$ than the typical offerings at Macy's...
Brands I LOVE:
Frye (I've had my engineer boots going on 4 or 5 years now- still look brand new- think they're around $200?)
Cole Haan w/ the Nike bottoms- always get on sale or rue la la- they're about $100 a pair
Uggs- not b/c they are so fashionable- I've had my ultimate uggs for about 3 1/2 years now... and they still look/perform good.
Sofft- great brand of shoes- got them at nordstroms- literally the only pair of strappy sandals I've bought that were comfortable.. I wanna say these were $100
all the shoes I have are "classic" shoes- nothing trendy/crazy colors, etc... that way I feel justified in spending a little bit more money b/c they'll last.
I don't have TONS of shoes compared to other ladies- but they're all quality.
my trendy shoes- they're from Target.

WOW! Some people spent more on shoes than i spent on my wedding dress! LOL!
Shoes aren't a big thing for me. I haven't ever spent more than $120 on shoes...MAYBE $130? On boots.

this thread is cracking me up....my most expensive pair of shoes are my running shoes! $150 lol how sad is that?
the most expensive thing that i have bought for my feet though are my skates....$753 for the boots alone...no blades

I'm not really a show fanatic.... I'd have to say about $250, but that's rare and I typically spend less than $150

I can't remember ever spending more than $100 on shoes, probably less even. I am hard on my chothes/shoes and really wear through them so I always buy inexpensive stuff.

thank you for posting about sofft. i only have seen them at marshalls and my sister raves about them. hopefully nordstroms has some sofft shoes i like.
