I don't see why not. I don't know much about unemployment, but I don't think it matters if a family member owns the business.

Yes. If your employment was terminated, you are entitled to unemployment.

From what unemployment told me, as long as you received paychecks and you were laid off or fired, you can collect. As long as it wan't you quitting or an 'under the table' job.
