Austrian Blinds/Shades - Help

I'm not sure what the real name is but I think they are Austrian Shades or Blinds. They are usually sheer and have 3 scallops. Does anyone know where I can order them or what the correct name is ? I've googled them, but there isn't many websites to help. I'm trying to stay away from having them custom made b/c it'll be a fortune I would think.

I don't know what you mean but you can try Country Curtains. They have Austrian valances, don't know if that's what you're looking for...

Let me try to upload a pic. It's not a shade, but more of a curtain that I think is installed with a rod.

Yeah - it's called a balloon shade. Search on that - you'll get a bunch of hits.
