Travel Help!

My bf and I are looking to go away sometime between February 26th and March 6th (it's the week after winter break).

I'm getting stuck though for a few reasons-these are what we're looking for:

*Somewhere warm
*Our budget is about 1k pp, TOPS
*We do have aa miles to cover 1 round-trip ticket
*We like the beach, but like more "adventurous" activities as well
*An all inclusive would be nice, but not necessary if it's better to do it without
*I've been on cruises before, but he hasn't, and he's nervous that he won't like it
*It needs to be somewhere neither of us have been

Places we've been:

Bermuda
Bahamas
Belize
Costa Rica
Turks and Caicos
Mexico (Cozumel and Cancun)
Puerto Rico

Any suggestions for either locations or specific resorts/hotels? We're pretty much up for anything...

How about Punta Cana....we loved it there...it was all inclusive. If it is something you would be interested in, I could tell you the name of our hotel.

Re: Travel Help!

How about St. Thomas? It's in a good location, since you could also easily travel to St. John and the British Virgin Isles for the day. St. Thomas would give you lots of things to do and St. John (Trunk Bay) is awesome for the beach.

I stayed at the Wyndham Resort on St. Thomas and it was all inclusive and a really good value.

We were just in Punta Cana last month. The beaches are gorgeous and you can definitely get a lot for your budget. There are a lot of all inclusives to choose from. Plus there are a lot of different activities you can do. FM if you have any questions Chat Icon
