Lets talk booster seats. Please help
Im clueless with this topic. DD is almost 4 and is around 37 pounds.
Should I buy her a booster seat. Im pretty sure the carseat i have right now holds up to 50lbs. She just looks so big for it.
When did you switch to a booster and which one did you get?

Re: Lets talk booster seats. Please help
I personally think that's too young for a booster. My daughter is 4 and 38 lbs and she will be in a 5 point harness for a lot longer. We do plan on buying a graco Nautilus 3- in-1 carseat so we can fit 3 carseats in the back of our car. That carseat allows them to stay in the 5 point harness until 65 lbs then we will change it over when she hits the max of the seat.

Agreed - DD is 4 and prob about 39 pounds and I bought her the Graco Nautilus. I was alot more money than the Graco TurboBooster but I couldn't see letting my 4 year old use a seatbelt. She still loves it - and is thrilled with the cupholder. And I feel so much better knowing she is in a 5 pt harness.

As long as they are below the height and weight limits of your current seat, I would leave them in it. DS is pretty much 50th percentile for height and weight, and we switched him to a booster seat on his 6th b-day.
