Should I be worried about our trip?

DH & I are planning to go to San Diego the day after Christmas & stay for the week.

I keep seeing how bad the weather is there right now, with record rainfall, flooding, mudslides, etc. It was on the main page of weather.com.

I think it's supposed to stop raining by the end of this week, but I'm worried about the after effects & if things will be back to normal there by Sunday when we get there.

I don't want to have to spend the week in our hotel room... a little worried about this now.

What do you think???

Yes. So I can cancel if I have to. What a bummer. I was really looking forward to it. I guess we'll find somewhere else to go.

I would go some place else. I was watching this on the news last night - it's such a mess and they are asking residents to evacuate. Chat Icon

Yeah... of course just my luck, the one freakin time in my life I plan to go to CA, and of course the whole rest of the time it's known for being dry & sunny there all the time..... there has to be a friggin monsoon in the desert... ugh.
