Dear Landlord________
Its cold outside. REALLY cold outside.
Like REALLLLLYYY cold.
I cant sit as my desk because the windows arent REALLY sealed...and my hand freeze.
Can you please get of your A$$ (from 80 degree florida) and have someone fix the FCUKING window.
Rant over.

There is a shrink wrap type kit you can get at home depot to seal off drafts. If your landlord doesn't get someone to fix them soon, it's something to consider.

I was going to suggest that too as a temporary fix. It's cheap and it will make you more comfortable until your window gets fixed.

i just got sealer for around windows and doors=it like a peel and stick.
I used it on our front door.
they have that and the plastic at big lots for not too much money, helped alot
