Anyone Recognize this BEACH
Hi, my name is Jenny. I went to this beach many years ago with my husband who has since passed away and I can't for the life of me remember where it was. I thought Huntington, but I looked on the map and this summer took my daughter there but I couldn't find any place with the white fence.
Can someone please help me?
I really want to take my daughter there.

Are you sure it was a Huntington beach? It looks like it could possibly be Ransom beach in Bayville..

It doesn't look like any beach in Huntington that I'm aware of....
My DH said it does look a little like Bayville.

I agree it looks like Ransom Beach in Bayville before they built the play ground.
This website has close up photos of the railing and they seem to match.

Based on this photo I am 100% sure it is Ransom beach because the same building is in the background.

Could it be Wantagh State Park by any chance? Cedar Beach?

Wow, Thank you SO MUCH!!! It really looks like that, but when I went there, maybe they didn't have that fence?

I'm going to bundle up my daughter this weekend and take her there!!

I think the fence was erected in 2007....In the past three years there has been a lot of construction in that area so it might not look exactly the same.

Most definitely Ransom Beach in Bayville. The background is where the former Steve's Pier 1 used to be. WE are there all the time.
