EBF moms supply question if you had to stop
How do you know if your having trouble w/ your supply? DD is 7 months and the last few days I feel deflated especially at night. I am worried as she refuses a bottle. I have been eating enough and drinking water. Oatmel too. What were your signs if you were no longer able to bf? Not sure if it is O or AF have not been consistant lots of spotting on and off due to paraguard. Also my boobs sometimes feel crampy is the only way i can describe it after nursing. Any idea what is going on? Should I try more milk tea or something? Of course nothing will be open tomorrow.

could you be preggo? I dip when af comes every time, no fail.
oh, and pump, PUMP, pump. After she eats, even if ur empty, pump for 5 mins each breast. At night, pump what she doesn't need. At least 2 times, stinks...but it will get ur supply back

Re: EBF moms supply question if you had to stop
I dont have my pump w/ me. We are visiting for the holiday. I really hope I am not preggo. That would be my luck though to get preggo on paraguard. Guess I will take a test. It might be O though I did have some short quick pains on one side. Really hoping it is just that. Dd got up to eat after sleeping 6 hrs, and I felt full again. It is just around the evening when I notice the dip. Do you always pump a bunch around your AF when you notice the dip? Or just ride it out b/c you know it will come back? Thanks for the advice!
