Anyone have family flying today?
My mom is heading to Myrtle Beach.
She got to LaGuardia at 9 am for a 11:45 flt on Spirit, no luggage. Figured she would check in at the kiosk.
She was told all the kiosks and computers are down!
The computers are finally up but not the kiosk. So she is STILL waiting on line to get her boarding passes.
And still has to go through security. They are holding up flights right now.
On the busiest travel day of the year...how the h e l l does this happen

don't tell me this
my mother and son are flying out of la guardia for ft lauderdale at about the same time. i haven't heard from my mom... not sure what time they got to the airport.
i'll text them to see what info they give me

yes, spirit.
she just responded to my text saying that there were computer problems, but that things are fine, now.
i hope you mom gets it resolved quickly.
this is why i don't travel for the holidays... i just can't deal with this cr@p

Just talked to my mom about 5 mins ago.
She was finally heading through security. She said there weren't many people on line so hopefully she gets through quick.
Thank goodness it's not me...I'd be stressing..big time! I stress under normal circumstances...forget about today!
