We are flying Air Lingus out of JFK...

How many hours did you get to the airport before your flight time?

Re: Ireland Travelers

we flew Air Lingus last month.. I think we were there about 2 hours before.. everything went smooth.. traffic, checking in, dropping off baggage, security lines weren't long either..

Re: Ireland Travelers

we just did this flight like 2 weeks ago. we got to the airport maybe 2 1/2 hours before the flight time. everything went super smoothly, and we ended up sitting at the gate for awhile... but ya never know how long everything is gonna take, and i would rather be really early than miss the flight.
have an awesome time!!! you'll LOVE it there!! Chat Icon

Re: Ireland Travelers

My dad's going next week. He says 3 hours. They go about 4 times a year.

We flew out of Boston on Aer Lingus last time and we only had to get there about 2 hours ahead and it was fine. But JFK is a nightmare. I love Aer Lingus though! Have a great flight!
