We are currently waiting for my dad to replace our bathroom window. The window that we currently have is atleast 30 years old & so drafty. Its very unpleasant having to take a shower on a windy evening. You actually feel the wind woosh by.
This should be done this week.

Once the stairs get done we'll be doing our 1/2 bathroom.

small scale? i don't think we have any of those... all of ours seem BIG - fireplace, kitchen remodel, another bathroom remodel, driveway, front steps, railing, new dining room and bedroom furniture 
i think the smallest would be finishing the computer room... we need a cushy reading chair, curtains, area rug and pictures on the wall
