What's the next small scale project you want to tackle?

For me, I really want to wallpaper the back wall of our built in bookshelf in our family room.

we are in the process of switching out all the doors in our home to solid wood 6-panel doors. the house came with mostly those fake wood things.
our next and last BIG project will be next month to re-do our kitchen. new floors, paint & rehang all cabinets, new appliances, paint walls, new backspash, new counters...

our bedroom... we havent painted it or fixed the closet, the bathroom or the electric...

Curtains - I have the fabric, just need to get out the sewing machine and make the time to do some sewing.

Sanding down all the kitichen cabinets and repainting them...

oh goodness, where to start. I guess molding around the windows so I can hang REAL window treatments.

our mudroom. I wanna put hooks and cushioned benches with shoe holders. I would like to get it done before the cold weather starts, except DH is lazy

Painting the dining room and kitchen.
Clear-coat the stair treads inside.
Replace the doors that don't match all of the new doors in the house
Put a new door in the hallway to make a master suite
Finish building bookcases for the library and doing the base trim and crown molding to make them look built-in

Just a few minor things to keep me busy over the winter... I've got a huge list of both big and small things to do as well.....

Oy...I have a list...

1.Put up closet doors in my bedroom
2. Touch up paint in the living room
3. Actually hang some pictures, etc. in my house!
4. Finish organizing the 2 upstairs bedrooms so DH and I can use them...one as a hobby room and the other as a den/guest room
5. Put a banister up
6. Finish moldings in my dining room
7. Recover my dining room chairs
8. Hang the flat screen TV on the wall
9. Organize my loft
10. Organize the basement

1. Sand and paint the risers on my stairs (it's been 1-1/2 years since we bought the house and it still has blue tape around the edges cause we never finished )
2. Sand and paint kitchen cabinets a cream color.
3. Minor repairs in the new bathroom - recaulk the tub (I scrubed it all off in a years time), fix a piece of ceiling that wasn't finished right.
4. Finish the decorative white caulk and 3rd coat painting of door/window moldings.
5. Caulk outside - Windows and Doors, any holes around foundation.

i am doing a kitchen mini makeover. I am putting a clean coat of paint over the walls (even though they are damaged but just need to clean it up), putting a new ceiling fan up, painting the oak cabinets and putting up a new backsplash and peel and stick floor. Hope to hold us out for a complete remodel in 7 years.

organizing and semi-redecorating the playroom, the entryway, and organizing the walk in pantry.

Need an new entry door - not an outdoor one because I have a shared vestibule with my downstairs neighbor.
Just need a nice solid door.

I'd also like to paint the bathroom and kitchen.
Repaint the master bedroom.
Install new attic pull down stairs.

oh boy.. the list never ends!

- paint our downstairs bathroom
- paint the closet door and door to our BR
- get a wall a/c unit installed in the LR before next summer
- have the peeling plaster ceiling fixed
- upgrade electrical service

i'm sure there's more too!

we will be gutting the current office, to transition our son to his new Big Boy room when his sister arrives.

-closet system for MBR (been wanting to do this for a while)
-paint/decorate/upgrade master bath
-create storage under the stairs
-clean out/paint/redo floor in garage

We have soooo much to do.

I think next will be the Dining Room... complete remodel!
Removing wallpaper, repair walls, add now mouldings, paint, rearrange furniture, re-upolster seat cushions, get & hang artwork, get new chandelier.
