Re: Can anyone recommend a good Chrysler or Honda Dealership
I didn't buy my car from Atlantic but I took it there for service and I will never go back. They tried charging me for something that was supposed to be covered under warranty. The only reason I ever even knew it would be covered under warranty is b/c after going in for the diagnostic they also told me I needed a new air filter. I knew this was just to get more money out of me b/c I literally replaced it myself 1 wk prior. B/c I didn't like that they did this I took it somewhere else and they told me the work would be covered under my warranty. When I called Atlantic to tell them and get my money refunded for my diagnostic (diagnostic is free if the problem is covered under warranty) they were like, oh ya, sorry. It then took multiple calls and over a month to get my money back. I have heard from a friend that works for another dealership that she has heard of them charging the customer and then also billing it to the manufacturer so they get paid double... shady!
ETA: You should check into Hyundai or Kia, they didnt always have the best reviews but I hear nothing but good things lately... they might be a bit more afforable.

Grand Prix Jeep Chrysler Dodge Subaru in Hicksville.
Ask for Roy Warner.
I would never buy a Honda. Overpriced IMO. Better deals to be had with dodge/Chrysler.

Honda - Nardy in St. James. We got our CR-V from them and I'd go back in a second.
I emailed other Honda dealers and found them to be pushy.
I totally agree with this. We bought our Pilot there in March and they were great!
Me too! Very happy with Nardy

DH's car was stolen while in for service at Atlantic. It was recovered, but we got such a runaround from them. I understand it wasn't their fault the car was stolen, but they could have been more accommodating when it happened.
