Hopefully today is the day!
My daughter had been having contractions at irregular intervals all day yesterday (Sat) She finally called Dr. Pilliteri around 4:30. He said it could go like this for days, that her husband could go to work today (Sun) and she should call him today and let him know how she's doing. Well, last night they went to a wake and she started getting them 5-6 min apart. She called the dr. and he told her to go to Good Sam to be checked. My soninlaw called at 12:30 am and said they're admitting her. They told him to go home to sleep because it could be a long time but he didn't go. They told us to come today, late morning. I am a wreck. We didn't go last night, it's 7 am and we're heading there shortly. I feel so bad that I didn't run there last night. They said if her contractions didn't progress, she will need a c-section. Please keep us in your prayers for a safe delivery and a healthy baby! Oh, and today is her due date!
