question for you guys....i have black leggings from express and target and both are see through in the thigh and butt area...i only wear them with long shirts anyway but is that normal? are there leggings that don't do that?

I buy HUE. You can get at Nordstrom. They are not see through.

express so far are my fav.
target- hate them. always shiny, see through, and never fit right.
