so we were approved for our mortgage but so far through one pmi organization we have not been approved for that since they said the comps are not sufficient on the appraisal. They are having the appraiser try to find another comp (since they hard a hard time finding anything sold within the last 6 months in the area-it is a condo).

Do you think that this is a red flag??
