Jack is having a rough week  Sounds like it isn't too much cause for concern. Hope all turns out well.  
seriously  at first i thought it was a node since he is sick but its not in the front and it doesnt feel like a lymph node. who knows, maybe it is my poor little man!

I'm sure it is nothing. DS had one on the back of his neck. Pediatrician said it is completely normal in babies. I believe it is only their glands.
ETS: DS was only about a month old when I found it. It was super hard and scared the cr*p out of me.

my DS has them- they are big, all the time. DR said its glands & they are kinda like boobs, everyone gets them in different sizes, his are big. when he gets sick they are huge.
get them check to be safe, but its probably glands.

Both my boys have had that. It is most likely a lymph node. Nothing serious. They become enlarged when kids are not sick and some time stay swollen for awhile.
I would contact your ped. but wouldnt worry too much
