That dress is perfect- noon or night, I don't think they want you underdressed ya know? Ohh and please never wear leggings to a wedding (sorry)

I think the dress you have is perfectly fine. I had an afternoon wedding, and lots of people wore dresses like that.
Honestly, I don't think leggings and a tunic would ever be appropriate for a wedding. This is weekend wear for me.
