Definately putting away laundry. Like you, washing it is no biggie & I don't even mind folding. I just HATE putting it away. I had 3 baskets full on clean, folded laundry in my living room for days before I finally gave in & put it all away Saturday 
Similarly, i hate putting the dishes away. I dont mind rinsing them & loading the dishwasher, but I hate unloading the dishwasher/ putting things in the drainboard back into cabinets.

cleaning the hard wood floors
I find doing laundry and folding it relaxing. However, I see so many people hate doing it. Guess I'm an odd bird.

THIS. #1 hated chore. I have full baskets of clean laundry in every room and NO desire to put it away.
And another one... changing the sheets on my son's loft bed. It's up against the wall of the room in the corner on one end, so there is no way for me to walk around the whole bed, so I have to get my ASSS on top of the loft bed to make it. P.I.T.A.

Putting away the laundry. I don't mind washing or folding it, it's the putting away that I hate.

Bathrooms
I'll sweep, move furniture, mop, vacuum the rooms (our bedrooms are carpeted) do laundry, clean dishes ... five/ten times over if it means I can avoid doing the bathrooms.

do I have to pick just one?? Claning the shower is my least favorite and living in my house over 2 years, I have never done it! I wait until I can have the cleaning lady come do it! I clean out the tub for DD, but my shower....never have done it!

I don't mind bathrooms, vacuuming, cleaning the floor on my hands and knees. None of that bothers me. But I CANNOT STAND to unload the dishwasher or put away clothes!!!
