How much would it cost to tile a kitchen that is 6'7" x 12'?
We are in a coop. Have parquet wood floors throughout. Had a leak in kitchen that damaged some of the parquet.
I kind of always wanted tile in the kitchen but since the wood looked good I felt bad doing it.
How much do you think it should cost to tile since it is a fairly small area?
Any recommendations on who to use?

I know some of the maintenance guys @ my coop do a lot of handy work. you should ask around your coop

Our maintenace guys charge an arm and a leg for everything   We inquired on a few things when we moved in and their quotes were very high. Thanks though

The contractor that came to our house to give us an estimate on our kitchen charges $7 foot for mud floor.

Labor only? Prob around $500. I'm totally guessing - I think we paid our guy $250/day for labor.
