not sure of where, but i just asked my hospital if they were offering any yoga classes. it's only $20/month there, so it's a lot cheaper than some of the private places that offer it!
ETA: i live in Philly, which is why i am not sure where it would be offered in LI.

I teach at Absolute Yoga in Woodbury and also Bonda Yoga in Great Neck....and a few other places in between. Those 2 studios do have prenatal. I don't teach it but the teachers who do are wonderful.

Hi, I'm with New Baby Belly and we have a Prenatal Yoga class every Monday and Wednesday at 7pm. You can try your first class for free! No registration needed, just come down. We are at 924 N.
