Cinderella Theme Party at home - but what to include for the boys?
My DD has finally decided on a Cinderella theme for her 3rd birthday party. We are doing it at home and I want to try and keep the kids busy.
Was thinking of the girls making bracelets, coloring, making picture frames - but im unsure at what the boys can do/make?? I will have coloring books for all the kids - but im uncertain of projects for the boys. I have 2 girls and most of the cousins are girls - so im clueless when it comes to boys!! What are some things I can buy for the boys to keep them entertained and still sort of stay with the disney theme??
Thanks again

Why not just find them some more boy themed crafts so they can still have fun along with the girls but not be bored. I would just do for them whatever you're doing for the girls but just "man" it up a little.

I'd go with knights or pirates. For pirates you can decorate hats, or provide bandanas, give out eyepatches and let them make treasure maps with stickers. There is no reason why they can't make beaded chains and frames. Be prepared for the crafts to get boring for the boys.

Re: Cinderella Theme Party at home - but what to include for the boys?
One of my good friend's DDs had a cinderella theme for her birthday. She gave out Handy Manny themed goody bags for the boys.
For DSs birthday I gave both boys and girls the Melissa and Doug paint your own train as the goody bag favor. It was a HUGE hit. Both the boys and the girls loved it. I got complemented for weeks afterwards on the goody bag.
Train I know that M&D make other versions of this, so you could do mirrors for the girls and cars or trains for the boys. HTH

Why not get pumpkins and have them make decorated pumpkins or magic pumpkins with glitter or paint?

I love this idea for all the kids.
I think its a good idea to plan 'boy' and 'girl' activities but don't be surprised if girls want to do the boy activity and even vice versa, depending on their age. I've even seen 3 year old boys interested in girl dress up.
