And do you notice any change to the overall health of your hair and scalp? Do you think the more you do the more hair falls out?

Re: If you get Brazillian/Keratin, how often do you do it?
I do it twice a year May/June and then in Nov. During the first 2 weeks or so there is more hair that comes out when I wash my hair but nothing significant, however, I have always been a shedder and I do have a lot of hair and I do think the longer your hair is the more you notice if that makes sense? Other than that, no change to the overall health and strength. For women like me who constantly battle the frizz and puffiness that results from even the slightest amount of humidity it is so worth it!!!!

I got my first treatment the end of May...I am thinking about going again in the next couple of weeks because my roots aren't looking so hot. When I went the first time I didn't really notice any more hair loss than usual.
I 100% recommend it...I will never go back, my hair is wonderful and so much more manageable!!
