I have seen them in the clearance racks at Kohls, Old Navy, Macy's, etc

Gap always has their jeans and pants in ankle length which to me is regular because I am 5ft but if your tall those would work.

Well cropped pants are usually still around. Definitely check Kohls and JCP.
