I don't get a monthly we get a quartly. we watered the lawn every day and ran a pool and hot tub this summer and it was $80. it was $50 in non summer quarters
the lowest they can charge for a quarter I believe is $40

I think ours is abour $65-75 per month (not in the summer, then it doubles with the sprinkler) but we have 3 adults showering eveyday, plus 2 kids baths, plus the dishwasher is run everyday and we do about 15 loads of laundry a week.
