would you spend $4.99 on a pattern? I am the type that needs a pattern to follow and I usually ONLY use free ones but I found a site that has the most adorable baby hats but like I said they are $4.99...
I guess what i'm asking you is to PLEASE TALK ME OUT OF IT!!!

Re: crocheters

Generally, I wont spend money on a pattern, since there are so many you can get for free on the Internet. But if its something you can't find anywhere else for free and you absolutely love it, then I'd go ahead and do it...its only $5.

Re: crocheters

4.99 each? Or 4.99 for a couple? For a couple of patterns, sure, but for one, nope!

Re: crocheters

no way! i make tons of baby hats!!! I used to sell them (no longer) and I make them for my kids. I almost caved and bought the elf hat pattern, but then figured it out, basically. what kind of hat are you trying to make? I might have a pattern for it?

Re: crocheters

I've bought a couple knitting patterns for about $4.50 but they were booklets with pics and for a hat, sweater and blanket or three styles of blanket.

Depends if it's something I've been looking for and couldn't find a free one or wanted something quick and simple while I was in Granny's and did not feel like searching the internet for the right freebie.
